私が職場で使っている英会話表現を紹介いたします。紹介しようと思い付いた経緯については下記のブログを参照してください。
英会話を身に付けるにはどうしたらいいか？→職場での学習方法を紹介します。
はじめに、同僚のアメリカ人Jさんが設計業務をしている時に、私から要望・注意・質問事項を伝える場面です。
Jさんのパソコン画面を示しながら、
「Please remove this part. Only one piece is enough.」（この部品は取り除いてください。1個あれば十分だから。）

「Change this hole diameter to 5 mm. I have confirmed that 1mm is too small for the device to function properly.」（この穴の直径は5㎜に変更してください。1㎜では小さ過ぎてこの装置がきちんと機能しないことを確認済だから。）
「Could you replace this part with the other type I mentioned earlier?」（この部品ではなく、前に言った別の部品に変えてください。）
「On your PC screen, please make sure not to interfere with the other parts.」（ほかの部品に干渉してないことをパソコン画面で確認してください。）
「Have you incorporated all the specifications into your design?」（全ての仕様を設計に取り込んだ？）
「Please ask your boss to check the drawings. The sooner the better.」（図面は上司に見てもらってください。早い方がいいよ。）
「The analysis softwear has already been installed into your PC?」（解析用ソフトのインストールは済んでるの？）
「Have you ever used the softwear called “Computational Fluid Dynamics” ?」（数値流体力学と呼ばれているソフトを使ったことはありますか？）
